7-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.

  • Show no signs of damage caused by misuse or improper handling.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personal care and beauty products that have been opened or used.

  • Items marked as non-returnable or final sale.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos or a short video of the item and packaging. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is for any other reason (such as a change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process.
